Los-Angeles based artist and academic with a PhD in American Studies from Yale who animates and distorts seemingly passive organic elements, from human hair to flora. In doing so, the artist disrupts the viewers' perception of a natural order, leading them to "question the assumed naturalness of the original." She has exhibited in New York, London and Los Angeles, among others, and is scheduled to have her first show in Paris in 2021.
